Dutch soldier accidentally shoots Kurdish fighter

A Peshmerga fighter was injured in Erbil in Iraq yesterday after being accidentally shot by a Dutch soldier on a training location, the Ministry of Defense announced on its website. The fighter was taken to a hospital and the Ministry of Peshmerga has been informed. The Koninklijke Marechaussee is at the training location to investigate the circumstances of the incident.
