Woman found in woods was murdered: police

The Netherlands Forensic Institute's investigation into the death of Mariska Peters has concluded that she was murdered. Mariska Peters' body was found in the forest of Hatertse Vennen in Nijmegen by sniffer dogs on Sunday morning. She had been missing since Monday February 9th. The police hope to soon clarify the circumstance under which Peters died. The investigation continues.
