On July 1st last year there were 3.9 thousand Bulgarian in the Netherlands. At the end of 2013 there were about 1.6 thousand. Most new Bulgarian workers have not registered in the municipal population administration. The therefore likely remain in the Netherlands only briefly. The number of Romanian workers doubled in the first half of 2014 to more than 6 thousand.
