Alleged Dutch jihadists arrested in Turkey

Authorities in Turkey arrested four suspected jihadists last week, who were traveling from The Hague to Syria, NOS has reported citing sources.

What happened to the men since their arrests is not known and their names have not been released. Apparently they had been listed as radicalized Muslims that were planning to travel to Syria. According to reports, the terrorist attack in Paris and the crackdown on jihadists in Belgium last week prompted many radicalized Muslims to stay out of reach of security services. The reports suggests that many had fled the Netherlands.
