Amsterdam U2 shows sell out in under 30 minutes
Tickets went on sale Monday morning for two shows by rock legends U2 and the Amsterdam Ziggo Dome, with fans and hawks snatching up all the tickets within thirty minutes. The sale started at 10 a.m., with all 30,000 tickets gone by 10:30 a.m.
Fans without their place at the show might still have a shot, as promoter Mojo Concerts speculated a third show could be added with the demand so high.
Currently, the concerts are scheduled for September 8 and 9.
The band begins their Songs of Innocence world tour on May 14 in Vancouver, Canada, and will wrap things up in Paris on November 11.
