Dutch King: MH17 news a "surreal moment"

King Willem-Alexander expects that the memorial ceremony for the victims of flight MH17 will also be very emotional for him and Queen Maxima. Today at a meeting with Dutch press during his state visit to South Korea, the King said it was a "surreal moment" when he heard about the plane crash in July.
