Angry anti-ISIS protest in Venlo leads to arrest

The Police arrested a man in Venlo for provoking a group of demonstrators yesterday. Last night a group of about 250 people protested in the square before the Limburg Museum against the terrorist organization Islamic State (ISIS). They are worried about the fate of the Kurdish population in Iraq and Syria. According to a spokesperson of the Venlo municipality, a motorist was shouting provocations to the demonstrators. The car was then attacked by some of the protesters, but they were stopped by their own stewards. The police arrested the driver and the demonstration continued peacefully and without incident. The protest was supported by the SP in Venlo and Turkish and Kurdish organizations, among others. https://twitter.com/RohanNagel1997/status/520350782924001281
