Silence on incident for monster truck organizer

The municipality of Haaksbergen has imposed a kind of superinjunction on the organizer of the monster truck event that saw three people die this weekend. Geerlof Kanis is not allowed to say anything about the incident anymore, De Telegraaf reports. Mayor Hans Gerritsen says that Kanis has been "extensively on the radio and television" in the last days to give statements and explanations about the accident that ended in tragedy. According to TC Tubantia, the Mayor has made a resolute stop to this by telling Kanis that he may no longer speak about the event. Tweet below: "Geerlof Kanis keeps the story straight @nosnieuws. Hats off."
