Meet KLM's new Lost & Found staffer, Sherlock the dog

KLM weekly receives about 40 thousand questions via social media. The most commonly asked question is about the return of lost belongings. This inspired KLM to hire a special Lost & Found team, which includes Sherlock the dog. The team uses all available information, such as seat number, telephone number and public social media details to reunite passengers with their personal belongings. The KLM Lost & Found team often manages to surprise passengers by returning belongings they have not even noticed was gone yet. Despite the challenge of finding the rightful owner, the team manages to reunite 80 percent of lost belongings with their owners.
