Footballer arrested after "karate kick" on coach

A 25 year old resident of Tilburg was arrested on Sunday, September 14th, after an assault on the football field. The incident took place during the football match Uno Animo vs WSJ-2 on Sunday morning at the sports complex on Klokken avenue. During the course of the game two players got into a fight. They both received a red card from the referee and left the field. The player of the home team went in to the dugout to talk to his coach. The opposing team's player came into the dugout and preformed a flying "karate kick". Instead of hitting the other player, the kick hit the coach, knocking the 57 year old man out. The referee stopped the match immediately after the incident and the police were called in. The coach filed a case of assault and the 25 year old football player was arrested.
