Drivers told not to pull over for MH17 memorial

The Netherlands Ministry of Infrastructure and Environment is asking road-users not to stop on the hard shoulder of roads to observe a minute of silence to remember the victims of the MH17 crash that will take place at 4 p.m. this afternoon. The Ministry tells drivers to use a parking lot instead, to prevent accidents. Stopping on hard shoulders is unsafe. The commemoration is set for 4 p.m. this afternoon, which is when the bodies of the crash victims will arrive at Eindhoven airport. The Ministry has placed a message on the electric message boards above highways with the words: "Want to commemorate safely? Look for a parking lot, not on the hard shoulder!" https://twitter.com/vincee2012/status/491883002557759488
