More Amsterdammers get two voter passes
At least one voter in Amsterdam has received two voter passes for the European Parliament elections on the 22nd of May. The Financieele Dagblad (FD) reports that there might be more cases. An employee of the FD in Amsterdam received a second notice to cast her vote next week Thursday for the EU Parliamentary elections. The fault may lie with PostNL, who are responsible for printing and sending the voter passes in Amsterdam. The municipality of Amsterdam could not give any information on how many voters received double notices, but the issue is being investigated. This is not the first time that double voter cards are sent out. Reports are coming from other places in the Netherlands as well, the Algemeen Dagblad reports.
