ING online facing more problems
ING clients had to endure disruptions once again on Sunday.
iDeal payments were unsuccessful via ING for business as well as individual clients, who also had problems with MijnING, the ANP reports.
Logging in was possible, but payments didn't work. According to an ING spokesperson, mobile banking did work.
At around 1:30 p.m., the bank announced that the disruption was being remedied, and that the account overviews of clients was being updated.
ING customers have been beleaguered by technical disruptions at the bank for months. A recent problem involved double-payments, which clients had to solve by themselves.
The bank is still investigating the source of the disruptions.
