Water authority forget to send bills

The Water Board Aa en Maas in Den Bosch has forgot to collect water charges from around more than 2,000 customers for two years. Water / Flcikr Since 2011, about 2,500 private homes and businesses did not receive bills from the local water authority. They received a notice in December about omission and have been asked to make a payment, Nos reported on Tuesday. Tax Co-East Brabant (BSOB), which collects local taxes, said it is sorry for the situation and understands that this extra payment will put some people into financial difficulties. The authority, therefore, offers people to make payments in installments. The error was found during an internal audit in December 2013.
