Time Warner to buy Eyeworks for €200M - Update
American entertainment group Time Warner wants to acquire Amsterdam-based Eyeworks.

RTL Z on Tuesday reported that the companies are in talks for a possible buyout.
Time Warner, which owns Warner Bros, is willing to buy Eyeworks for more than €200 million, Dutch newspaper Het Financieele Dagblad reported Wednesday citing sources.
Eyeworks, headquartered in Amsterdam, has produced many successful international titles including Test The Nation, Who Wants to Marry my Son?, Reality Queens of the Jungle and I Know What You Did Last Friday.
The Dutch company had a revenue of more than €250 million in 2012.
