Polisport buys Dutch baby seat maker

Portugal-based Polisport Group has purchased the Dutch baby seat maker Bobike, Bicycle Retailer reports. Baby Seat / Flickr Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. The company’s Polisport management said the acquisition was made with the goal of "taking Bobike to an even greater level of notoriety and performance while maintaining its identity and values." Polisport is a manufacturer and distributor that sells in 62 markets worldwide.
