A 17-year-old was arrested Sunday afternoon, for hitting several people and police officers. The police responded to a report of a woman being beaten at the Zwanenvecht lane in Utrecht. The suspect also hit two other people who interfered. When the police arrived they were attacked as well. One officer fell during the attack and sustained a head injury, another officer broke a tooth. The woman who was initially beaten had addressed the boy, because he had reportedly bullied her teenage son, but the response was an immediate beating. The 17-year-old was eventually arrested.
