The Hague Cuts Users Property Tax

The Hague is the only large Dutch municipality that has lowered its property tax rate for the users of non-residential property or business premises in 2014, according to the Confederation of Netherlands Industry and Employers (VNO-NCW). The Hague / Wikipedia Tax-News.com reports that The Hague has lowered its office space and shop buildings rate to the tune of around 30% next year to support and attract entrepreneurs. As a result, the tariff will drop from 0.17290 to 0.11930 next year, about 31% decrease.
