Netherlands not attending Mandela funeral

Dutch Foreign Minister Frans Timmermans said that the Netherlands will not present at the funeral of Nelson Mandela on Sunday. The memorial service of the South African leader on Tuesday was attended by King Willem-Alexander and Minister of Foreign Affairs Frans Timmermans in Johannesburg.
