King to attend Mandela’s memorial service Tuesday

King Willem-Alexander and Foreign Minister Frans Timmermans will attend a national memorial service for Nelson Mandela on Tuesday. The memorial service will be held at a football stadium in Johannesburg, South Africa, The Associated Press reports. The memorial service and state funeral for the country's first black and democratically-elected president are expected to be attended by 53 heads of state and government, The Spec reports.
