In addition, she and her friend (34) committed forgery twice when applying for bank accounts. The man was sentenced to 80 hours of community service. Taking into account that this is not the woman's first conviction for the same crime, the court imposed a heavier penalty, (12 months with three months suspended), than demanded by the prosecution (12 months with six months suspended). The fraudster must also repay the victims. The woman and her boyfriend were arrested in February, after victims filed reports with the police.
