New Solar Test Lab Set To Open in Netherlands

Solliance and Eindhoven University of Technology will open a solar test facility in the Netherlands. Solar Panels \ Wikipediaar The solar test facility, set to open November 27, will be used for breakthrough research into thin-film solar cells, Optics reports. The new facility will be housed at Philips Innovation Services on the Eindhoven High Tech Campus. The new lab includes a high-resolution transmission electron microscope to enable atom-by-atom study of the components of solar cells.
