The partners started a tour on November 9th to provide courses on how to use the services safely over PCs and mobile devices. Their aim is to help seniors learn how to use the internet to access public services and support an independent life, the paper said.
In Netherlands, only one in three people over 75 use the internet, according to the Dutch statistics bureau CBS.
