Denied Asylum Seekers Deserve Basic Rights
In a preliminary ruling on Thursday, the Council of Europe’s Committee of Social Rights said the Netherlands should not reject failed asylum seekers and other foreigners until a final ruling.
Nos television reports that the committee asked the government to continue providing failed asylum seekers with food, clothing and accommodation.
