Dutch Telecom Provider Dekatel Buys RVS Networks

Dutch telecom provider Dekatel has acquired its bankrupt rival RVS Networks. Based in Harderwijk, RVS Networks provides ADSL, DSL, fibre and microwave connections. All employees, including the management, will keep their jobs, Dekatel said in a statement. Telecom / Wikipedia Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. The strategic acquisition will allow Dekatel to offer all forms of business data and voice communication, the company said.
