The insurance will pay it out to the victims, but will try to recover the money from the driver, states the spokesperson. Mrs. Borodin lost control of the car Saturday night in Scheveningen and hit a parked car. A total of four cars, including her own, were damaged. The incident occurred at the home of the Borodin family. After the incident, the police took the diplomat to the police station because he reportedly abused his children. Later Netherlands offered Russia apologies because Borodin has diplomatic immunity.
