Banknotes searching for owner

During an excavation in Groningen tens of thousands of euros were found in cash. Police have no idea who the owner is.The money was unearthed in the commercial area in De Hoogte. It was neatly packaged and looked to be in good shape. Emilian Robert Vicol/flickr The police would not say much more about the find to avoid just anyone claiming the money. Anyone who wants to claim the find may call the national police number: 0900-8844.
