high Hindu temple in Den Helder
A spacious 17 meters high Hindu temple opened in Den Helder. The five-story temple is surrounded by a residential area and is colorfully decorated. It is the first Ganesh temple in Europe. The building cost half a million euros and was financed from donations. Painters from India and Sri Lanka are responsible for the paint job.
The Board believes the temple radiates power over the district. The people in the area benefit from the power radiated by the tower, as the website of the religious organization puts it.
