Dutch Golfer Hit Hole in One at CN Open
26-year-old Christel Boeljon impressed the crowd during the first day of the CN Canadian Women's Open on Thursday after firing a hole-in-one from 126 yards away.

"I only realized it (was in the hole) by the lady that was behind the green that put her hands up," said Boeljon. "I thought (to myself) 'I guess it's in' because we couldn't see because of the sun. Everyone was high-fiving. I go up to the hole and see it's in. Pretty cool." It was the first record hold for Alkmaar-based Boeljon on the LPGA tour. She sits 120th on the Rolex rankings and is still working to earn a victory in a competition. So far, her top finish a tie for 15th at the Women's Australian Open earlier this year.
