Geese Drop From Sky Alblasserdam

Lately, half-dead geese drop from the sky in Alblasserdam. Presumably a unexperienced hunter or maybe even an unexperienced illegal hunter is the cause of this, reported RTV Rijnmond. In this time of the year geese are shot by hunters, because there are too many of them. But the staff of the animal rescue team thinks that in Alblasserdam, there is someone shooting at the birds without any sense. He or she doesn’t shoot them on a fatal spot, making that the animals still are able to fly away and eventually "come down at the strangest places', according to a spokesman of the animal rescue team. Real or good hunters shoot a goose and kill it with one shot, so the animal does not suffer unnecessarily.
