NL and Austria’s CLH Proposals

Austria and the Netherlands have presented coordinated classification and labeling (CLH) proposals for two substances. Horia Varlan/flickr The ECHA’s registry of intentions has announced the proposals from both countries. Austria is proposing an M-factor for environmental hazard for the biocidal ingredient 5-chloro-2-(4-chlorophenoxy)-phenol. Meanwhile, the Netherlands is suggesting the N,N-dimethylacetamide, which is used as a polar solvent in organic synthesis, therefore amending the reprotoxicity concentration limits.
