Mobileye, N.V. to Sell Equity

Dutch company Mobileye, N.V. announced the completion of agreements offering the sale of around $400 million of equity at a company equity valuation of $1.5 billion (on a pre-money basis) to five independent and reputable financial investors. Craig Sunter/Wikimedia Commons Goldman, Sachs & Co. and Morgan were appointed as placement agents for the financing. The deal will likely close next month. Mobileye Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder Ziv Aviram said the transaction proves the strength of their business and the company's expectations. He also said they are thrilled to have such top-notch investors working in partnership with them while they progress and develop their company. Mobileye, N.V. is a Dutch private company headquartered in the Netherlands. It offers camera-based advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) technologies for the automotive industry.
