Micro Car on the Highway

An elderly lady received a fine on Wednesday afternoon because she drove on the highway A2 in her micro car, which is not driven faster than 45 kilometers per hour. Nu.nl reported that the woman got lost on a roundabout in the town of Breukelen in the province of Utrecht and ended up on the highway. An off-duty police agent saw her and warned his colleagues, who escorted the 80-year-old woman and her husband to the next exit. The fifth lane of the road had to be closed temporarily.
