The last time it was 20 degrees anywhere in the country was on October 16th last year.
Temperatures for today will range between 12 and 16 degrees and the day will be mostly cloudy with occasional sunshine. From Thursday afternoon temps will climb to 20 degrees and above, according to Weeronline.
