Fmr. No Surrender murder suspect placed on national wanted list

The police placed former No Surrender member Sooi de Coninck on the National Wanted List and released his photo. He is wanted for the murder of 27-year-old Hugo van Houten. Van Houten was gunned down on Broekstraat in Molenschot, Brabant on August 17th, 2015. Both the victim and his suspected murderer were members of outlaw motorcycle gang No Surrender. Sooi de Conick was born on 26 July 1974, making him 42-years-old. He is a Caucasian man with dark blond hair. He has several tattoos - a tribal sign on his left shoulder, the name "Sacha" on his left arm, the word "Sjimmy" on his right arm and a large tattoo on his upper back that reads "Mattie mater filii mei".
