Walters Art Museum 'We followed all the normal procedures for a death. We exhausted every possible option to contact the family, but sadly failed,' said a spokesperson for the Sarphati home. The three children don't accept the explanation and turn to a lawyer. The Sarphati home had the address of son Ronald, who was the emergency contact. Last year Ronald received a letter about the health of his mother. The son does not have a working phone.
