Maastricht Airlines to Use Jets
Maastricht Airlines curator John Huppertz has announced that the airline will begin operations using jet aircraft instead of Fokker 50s.

Maastricht started their flights earlier this year using two ex-Air Baltic (BT, Riga) Fokker 50s on lease from Italy's MiniLiner (MNL, Milan Orio al Serio). The launch of Fokker 50 had been constantly postponed before its formal cancellation due to reports that the plane required an extra 1'800 hours of maintenance before service.
